she looks great! what type of lip is that in the front???

Kingbaby 05-11-2011 09:36 AM

what's the specs on the rim/tire setup?

Econ 05-11-2011 09:48 AM

looks mean

Jjaden 05-11-2011 09:50 AM

I just got a boner. I'm really torn on covering my car with clear bra, or a Matte Black wrap.

I'm also very curious how Matte Black overlay would look with CF exposed on fenders and Front/Rear Bumpers.....

I'm pretty sure I fired you a PM in the past and you had an answer for me but my PM box is a nightmare, but can you PM me how much it cost you since I know you're somewhat local...

Looks awesome man!

Volk RE30 matte black
19 x 10 22 front
19 x 11 25 rear

Michelin Pilot Super Sport
255-35-19 front
305-30-19 rear

I did have 275's on the front but they were too big

Kingbaby 05-11-2011 10:16 AM

Wow 305 and the gap is still huge! I'm guessing stock hieght?

Car is beautiful either way...

3SeventyZ 05-11-2011 10:24 AM

Nice shots!

m4a1mustang 05-11-2011 10:25 AM

That is hot!

Elysium 05-11-2011 10:28 AM

It's actually not the stock height...I have TEIN Monoflex coilovers in there. That's just where I have it set at right now cause the corners balanced out pretty well like that.
It does look better when it's lower in the rear though..

It's a vinyl wrap that I did myself and I used Oracal 970RA.

Thanks for all the compliments!

Wow, great looking Z! A++

D&G 05-16-2011 10:45 PM

Wow that is sick. Love the vinly. I agree this vinyl does look nicer than others I have seen for some reason. Wonder if it is the lighting.

tonythetiger 05-16-2011 11:26 PM

nice, looks awesome! any chance of painting door handle as well??

Elysium 05-17-2011 08:45 AM

I like some contrast on the car so I'll leave the door handle the way it is for now. I also took the vinyl off of my mirrors too which I think looks pretty good.

Isamu 05-17-2011 08:57 AM

moar pics? plz :)

bflosabre91 05-17-2011 09:42 AM

i also really like the contrast of the door handles. i don't want to sound like an ***, but about how much did the vinyl cost you, if you don't mind??.... it really does look that incredible and i don't see any pricing on the Oracal website. :D

Elysium 05-17-2011 10:09 AM

The vinyl cost me around $400 for 25 yards and I did the install myself. I have many years of installing paint protection film so it was a fun project for me. Just had to figure out what the limits of the vinyl are.

Your Z looks sick....The 275's were too big? Meaning? Did it rub?

Isamu 05-18-2011 06:58 AM

would you do the install for someone else?

I think that height is perfect for a Z that gets driven. enough with this hellaflush slammed stuff. that stance is exactly what sports cars should have from the factory. Functional, yet still looks good.

Sweet $400. I wish you were in Vancouver so you can do this to my Z. I called a few places and it would cost around $2000 to vinyl our ride. Dam expensive as it would cost for painting.

I agree with previous post...more pics please!!

kdo2milger 05-18-2011 02:29 PM

what color is your z under the vinyl?
