This is the second time in four years that I have done a full detail. Normally, I just wash, clay, wax. The car looks better now than it did new (minus 70K miles worth of random $hit encountered at speed).

There's a reason it's been nearly a year. I had to find that time. I really should have mowed and edged the lawn, but I can do that this week some time

Forgive my ignorance but I haven't flayed my car because I thought you had to polish after. I dint have a polisher yet. Also what glaze and sealant do you use?
