We're looking forward to the first release of official photographs of the new car on October 29, followed by technical information on November 11. There's no official word about a Roadster model of the new Z-car, but considering the popularity of the current version, we'd guess that one is in the works. The New York auto show is customarily when convertibles are revealed, so we'd look for it then.
Now, there have been rumors that the new 370Z will have about 338 HP and 270 ft/lbs of tq from it's powerful VQ37VHR. We already know that the new Z is going to be lighter than the current Z (by about 200 lbs), so it's going to be somewhere from 3140 to 3150 lbs.

On pricing, someone from a focus group already informed us that the new Z will start at $29,500 but that was held on 08.21.08. In the mean time, I have a feeling Nissan will increase the MSRP just like they did with the GTR. But with the current economy and other highly speculated car (camaro) release with a very attractive price tags, NIssan have to whip up a very good msrp for the 2009 Nissan 370z.

It's only few more days left. I can't wait
