Man. Seriously? Don't want to go all that hassle just to remove the screw that dropped inside. What will be your best advice? Thanks for the respond anyway!

Depending how much skill and talent really depends on what you do in this situation I could take it off and get it out but when I put my CF tach cover on I broke the left part of the dash and it wouldn't stay down so instead of taking the dash apart I parked it in the sun with some heavy books on it and left it I would recommend the same here, just leave it.

Maybe you try an auto parts or napa for a replacement screw and just leave it there
