center instruments cluster?

How to remove the center top of this pc? There's 2 pop up on the front. But somehow don't know if need to remove any screw. I'm trying to pull/push

But somehow don't know if need to remove any screw. I'm trying to pull/push or up real hard. But nothing work. Kinda worries to mess it up of I go full force. Don't want just because of small screw dropped inside then spend a lot of money to repair it or buy a new cluster. Thanks in advance!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
