Perhaps some people aren't interested in rendering their brand new car a POS by re-painting it? Nah...they must be broke since they can't afford the $12-15K to properly re-spray a car, since anything less than that would just be ghetto road.

Anyone who willingly repaints a brand new car is a retard.
