If a pro wants your car there's not much you're gonna do about it.
I do all of those. I even have two dogs.

It might scare off or foil some punk wanting a joyride but it's not going to stop a pro that really wants your car.

I am surprise that nobody has added a shock/tilt/motion sensors. It is useful in case someone what to steal the wheels, smash windows or bumps into your car.

No alarm here, I just opted for a lo-jack, which has something like a 98% recovery rate if the car gets stolen. There's more valuable cars out there if someone really wants to go through the hassle of getting past the immobilizer.
