Getting in/out of 370z

Getting in to the z doesnt seem as bad i just kinda drop myself into the car lol but getting out of the car i usually stick left leg out and use my left elbow on the seat bolster as leverage and push myself out . I havent thought of any other way. i dont mind it i do it on a daily basis and its not like my car is slammed to the floor just on swift springs but i do kinda notice that it seems like my seat bolster is starting to show some wear.

1. Open the driver's door

2. Place your left hand, palm down, on the ground

3. Grasp the left side of the steering wheel with your right hand

4. Swing your right leg out of the car and settle on your right knee

5. Using the wheel and your right arm strength, pull yourself out of the seat

6. Roll onto the ground gently, settling on your bottom -- not that this requires a 360 degree roll

7. Pull yourself up to a standing position

With practice, this becomes a very fluid and efficient movement.
