Yeap, they're crazy; don't buy a manual NISMO - do not, regardless of the faster gears! The auto will make up for everything. If you can't wait, by any automatic Z hard top. If you can wait 2 more years, buy the next model that is going to run 12 flat.

OP, I thought you were a 6mt hater. Could have sworn I remember you saying in previous threads how much better the 7AT is. Why the change of heart with the Nismo tech 6mt?

I'm just getting tired of the auto, 6mt seems more better option

Zerocool 10-31-2014 08:56 AM

I'd probably consider an STI... AWD plus stock turbo. Simple ecu tune and upgrading the turbo will put you at a really nice power output at the wheels.

I love the 370, don't get wrong but way out your options. I know I was considering an STI for those reasons. Especially NY driving with the crappy weather and messed up roads.

This doesn't even make sense lol. I have an auto 370 and I would NOT buy the nismo in auto.

6mt > turbo > vrooom.

UNKNOWN_370 10-31-2014 01:36 PM

it dosnt look totaled to me . if they dont total it make sure you make the ins company pay you for the car being devalued due to a dirty car fax . you can usually get about 2 grand out of them for that . maybe more considering its only a year old . i know if it were mine i wouldnt want it back after that hit . it will never be the same again thats for sure . good luck brother that really sucks . at least you wernt at fault .

I had the same damage to my 09 Z and it was totalled.

I too had noticed this and did not want to start. Troll is a good term for him.
