Police report? Never leave without calling them. Here in Greenville they won't fill out a report if they think it's less than $1k in damage (don't get me started). BUT

Police report? Never leave without calling them. Here in Greenville they won't fill out a report if they think it's less than $1k in damage (don't get me started). BUT they will let both parties fill out a document and "witness" it I guess. It's enough to get the insurance companies involved.
