Regular or full synthetic oil change?

I bought 2011 370z with 4500 miles few months ago. Now it's at 6500 miles. So I'm going in for oil change soon and just wanted some opinions. I drive

Alsosimple Base Member Join Date: Jul 2014 Location: California Posts: 6 Drives: 11 Nissan 370Z WT M6 Rep Power: 12	Regular or full synthetic oil change? I bought 2011 370z with 4500 miles few months ago. Now it's at 6500 miles. So I'm going in for oil change soon and just wanted some opinions. I drive about 15k miles a year. I'm doing first oil change for the z and not sure which way is better way. Should I buy my own filter and oil then take it to the mechanic? Thanks
