Any Mechanical Issues I should know about

What are you going to do with it? Drive it hard at the track? You'll need some upgrades. Weekend cruiser or DD? Should be good to go

DD with spirited driving...staying away from the track and mods...

I think the only thing is CSC failure and honestly appears to be a couple thousand dollars repair at most....unlike complete engine failure like the cars I mentioned which would run you 15 to 25k ....to me CSC is O.K.

Replace the csc with an aftermarket heavy duty csc so you wont have to worry about it failing. The part is roughly 400 dollars on top of labor. Nissan used a plastic csc so its a matter of when, not if, its going to fail

Yeah... CSC failure (even clutch system failure) is nothing compared to engine failure.

The engine is very solid. Not many instances like the examples you gave. Oil consumption maybe. There are a number of people who have had engines replaced under warranty for this reason. Nissan has a specific process to determine whether the level of oil consumption warrants replacement.

Same problems you get with a base model...except for some extra rubbing from the overpriced bodykit

j/k the car is pretty solid except for the items noted above.
