Mine arrived today--I also got one of the brown cases for my spare fob since I couldn't decide which I like better. I think I prefer the black though.

You are right about the clip. Not only is it fugly, but it makes it entirely too bulky for a pants pocket. The clips will be coming off as soon as I figure out how aggressive I want to be in removing them.
