The 370Z listed for sale has allot of mods... Maybe a theft recovery and the insurance company paid out and then recovered the Z at a latter time.....
Maybe even a active or former 370Z forum member..................

Which mods? It has a G3 and a S-tune kit

Looking at the engine bay, it appears somebody went off-roading in that thing.

Car had a total loss record. Aka it's been declared totaled. Worth as much as scrap $$

Yeah. Too good to be true. Vandalized , other damaged. That engine compartment looks like it has been sitting in a lot for a long time. Personally, I would not touch it. You can not count on CarFax. They were busted in. NJ for issuing fraudulent reports for a dealer.
