can u drive a 370z in winter?

Its not worth it for me to buy winter tires. I would only need really use them driving up to the mountain to go snowboarding. It would be cheaper for

I would only need really use them driving up to the mountain to go snowboarding. It would be cheaper for me to just rent a car if I had to. I've seen a few Porsches on the mountain so imagine if they can make I should be able to on not so bad days.
