I've had my Touring/Sport 370Z just over two weeks now and already scraped the heck out of the front chin spoiler. I cannot even get up my driveway without it

Question for Non-Sport Owners
I've had my Touring/Sport 370Z just over two weeks now and already scraped the heck out of the front chin spoiler. I cannot even get up my driveway without it scraping and have hit it on some large speed bumps as well. I think as soon as I get it up on ramps for the first oil change I'm removing it. For the non-Sport Model owners: Does your car have the flexible air diffusers in front of the front tires ? I suspect they may be rubbing as well and wonder if they are a critical part of the aerodynamics or air flow for brake cooling ? If not off they come.
