Got a crap cut from haircuttery, went back to WA to visit and got the crap cut fixed by my regular WA cutter and she suggested her friend who went to the same beautician school and now lives in DC. Lo and behold, she worked 10 minutes from my house. That's the short version. No more crap cuts.
