takeda short rams went on the car about a week ago; they sound insane under hard throttle. Way more muscular and fuller sound. Might red-out the rear lights by the end of this week

Yep! I put them in a couple months before she went into storage... love them so far. I had been debating K&N's but I like that these were dry filters.

if the opening is the same, yes. they sell the blackhex cones too.

ive done back to back comparisons k&n oiled filters vs R2C. R2C had much improved breathing mid onward to redline in real world. thing was phenominal. just sounds like a urinal flushing :ugh2: the main reason why i went back to oem intake + post-maf tubes, i wanted quiet.

but i want the blackhex drop-ins now.

I have the black hex on my intakes. Mish, I can measure the opening if you can't find the specs online. Just let me know :tup:

Put on the Z1 upgraded hatch struts. It didn't want to open anymore after putting on the nismo wing. New struts work nicely

I need to get a set of those and take out the silly counter weight as well.
