I usually wash my cars right in the driveway for all to see. I am usually only home 2 or 3 days per week due to travel and our water usage is very very low.

I had a tree-hugging, Hillary-supporting, self-righteous, Birkenstock-wearing, leftist who reeked of patchouli oil actually walk up my driveway one day (while I was washing) and he started to lecture me about water. I held my hand up and told him he was trespassing and that I would not tell him a second time. He kept jabbering away so I turned the hose on him. I guess that was better than shooting him and even though I'd be doing society at large a favor, this is CA and I'd be writing this from jail now.

I'd have shot him and told the cops "Officer, I was in fear for my life, he was armed with a joint of unknown substance and threatened to harm me with it..." :inoutroflpuke:

The hosing down was probably the first cleansing he had had in a month...:roflpuke2:

Not really what I did for Blanca, but what came in the mail for her. I always get "fishing" offers from dealers to buy back my car but they have always been generic letters sent. Never have had a more personal one than this one! Guess they want it since they know how much maint has been done on it through them.... Lol

Got a thumbs up from a girl driving a, dare I say, bad *** looking Audi TT.

Also, went to fill up with gas at Shell and use my Kroger rewards points. Since they were out of 87 and 89 octane, they were charging the 87 octane price for the 93 octane. Between that and my reward points, I paid less than $2.00 per gallon for 93 octane. That's the second time this has happened in the last month. Will play the lottery later today.

Finished Headliner Insulation

I finished insulating the roof today, with the help of My wife. Believe me it takes two people. As i read here, getting the headliner down is really a chore. So my thanks to the past forums (did a search) for good information. Tomorrow I'll finish the firewalls and go for a drive in this Texas heat to see if it was all worth it.
Have a safe Forth.
