What did you do with your Z today VI (ON TOPIC DISCUSSION ONLY)

passed smog check..

right, not exciting like u all.. but at least it's done and the girl who did the test did not break the seat this time nor put scratches in the a-pillar. she was actually pretty careful with my car as i watched.

Four things happened today..

1....hit 28000 miles...:'( (technically yesterday)

2....Got my Detailing Equipment (Exterior Only)

3....Gave her a quick rinse before Full Detail this weekend..

and last...

4...Front tires are near dead...28000 miles and probably need to change in next month or 2..(approx 2000 miles)

side note....just a tad bit closer to getting my exhaust...COME ON 3rd week of june..

Why the sad face tho? I never understood this about people who own really nice cars. You should be happy that you had the experience of driving 28k worth of road with your Z. Every mile I drive is a milestone for me. I guess it depends on the person...some family, friends and people who judged me would never have thought that I'd be this successful and this car reminds me almost every second of my life.

I don't mean to derail the thread or offend you, it's just how I feel about the people who are afraid to drive their Z because of miles.

Taking the Z out after work to school again, shall be fun

Really need an oil cooler tho! it's starting to get hot out here.

No offense taken, and I bought the car with 16k on the clock and in 8 months I'm up to 28k.

Like a madman lol, and I loved every single mile...i'll love it even more after my FI Exhaust comes in tho.

AH. No, actually I washed it in a Car Wash Bay @ my friends's Apartment. The Detailing equipment is inside the Garage, Car Wash will be on Driveway of my house(this weekend hopefully).

I always wash mine in the drive way, but pull it into the garage to dry it. If you get the sun off the car it doesn't spot as easy.

I need to clean out my garage. Too much crap in it that I don't use. Then I could dry, wax, general detail, and other stuff on the car in the garage.

I can park it in there, but that's about it.
