Bro its the part where do you out your oil filter from factory... hahahaha!! your Z is 2012... so it have an OEM oil cooler... not the best but works!

The question is if you remove your factory oil cooler or you just install the sandwich plate of the new oil cooler to the Oem.

Model years 2012 and up have a factory oil cooler -- it is a oil to coolant-type. They have a sandwich plate that coolant runs through.

I was almost expecting one of those vehicles to slam on there breaks,back up and be like "sweet,a go pro!" And drive off! Lol. Sounds good though man. I like it.
