I had a a guy from a body shop come over while I was at a Nissan dealership for the claim and it didn't help. The guy tested the paint depth (I think that's what it was) in front of us and stated that it could not have been a pdr mishap or a faulty respray done before I purchased it. He also pointed out other areas of defects that I hadn't even seen yet. If you didn't buy used, you might have more of a chance at getting Nissan to respray it. __________________ Tracie
