I just ran a helper spring. (Which was a nightmare btw). The spring helps with the tension and finding the engagement point is slightly better. But don't expect it to

I just ran a helper spring. (Which was a nightmare btw). The spring helps with the tension and finding the engagement point is slightly better. But don't expect it to fully fix the rough shifting from 1st to 2nd. The assembly is your best bet.
