Digital MPH readout??

I have a digital read out on my Double Din aftermarket install.

My Cayman S had a digital speedometer and I liked it especially for setting the cruise control during highway driving. Wish the 370Z speedometer maxed out at 160 instead of 180 seeing that top end on the Z is around 157. That would make the detail a little larger and easier to read accurately. Anyone over 40 who uses those cheap drug store reading glasses will understand what I'm talking about.
