A New version of the Nismo ?

The first batch of cars are still being built and shipped. Some dealers are still waiting on the order forms -- apparently only the "top tier" lots are getting initial access. We probably won't see anything for another month or two, until someone leaks a dealer parts catalog.

But judging from past NISMO parts, expect it to be "namebrand overpriced". I'm still amazed at how much the old model's spoiler and undershroud cost if you're paying MSRP.

looking at the way the new ones are optioned out. looks like it's cheaper to get the navigation packages on your car now.v As you go higher it gets cheaper. Good shyt Nissan.

I have to agree with you. If you want a higher end Z, it almost makes more sense to go Nismo with it starting out at $41k-ish, especially when you factor in the Recaro seats. I would much rather have what the entry Nismo offers than a Sport + Touring.

Just curious, why are people going crazy over this new Nismo when the Z35 is on the horizon? Oh wait, it's not. Press on then, gents. This new Z is totally sexy, though a bit too much for me considering the zero hp gains.

Zero performance gains since 2009.... pathetic. But Nissan completed their goal... add some nicer seats and an option for a dated 7at tranny, change some colors here and there and people flock to it. Another victory for Nissan.

I love the look of the new Nismo but I agree that I wish it had a larger power increase. Also, I'm not sure my fat @ss would fit in those recaros. I really like the gunmetal finish to the plastics!

One of the worst I've watched.......loved the look of the car (not much different than the current), but those guys were killing me.

Sounds good, when you get some time shop all the red to black (except the brakes, tails, etc) and door handles all black and maybe another one with color match handles.
