I'm guessing he assumed that due to me putting bolt-on spacers in front? I do hear that you have to keep re-torquing them every couple of hundred miles

No you don't. You don't re torque wheels every couple hundred do you? This is why I asked him. I don't like bad info.

Z-girl approximately how much is your drop? Also are you running the stock sports? An rubbing issue? Pics would be nice also. Thank you for the input. Really trying to get 25mm's in rear.

Dude there's so much room it's not even funny. You do not have to worry about rubbing on these cars for any setup. Unless you do a gay coilover and slam 3"

Tons of pics in my mods album...2.5 with rays and 20 mm front and 25 mm rear. When I was dropped to 3" only for a day they rubbed alot on turns. No rubbing in front or rear on 2.5" drop...great thing about coils you can play with the ride heigth to get what you want.

What do you mean when you say they are too heavy for you? And did you have any trouble installing 20mm Bolton in front like others have mentioned earlier?

They are heavy as hell, makes the car slower, meaning it ads a ton of weight to each wheel. I love the way the car looks, but I can't wait to get them off and do smaller maybe 10mm with extended studs or just get new wheels with the right offset and take all spacers off. It may be no issue at all for most people, I definitely feel the difference

I have to disagree. Unless yours are made of steel, my 20mm weigh 1.6lbs each. No way in hell you can feel that specially since the spacer is located at the center of the wheels hub where rotational weight is at its lowest. If you put on a 1.6lbs heavier tire where the weights out most, you still wouldn't be able to feel such a small amount.

Anyone with 275 front and 305 rear ( 19 inch ),with 20/25 spacers, lowered on swifts. Would love to see a pic of that

khsysh 03-12-2015 12:32 AM

I am also running 275 front and 305 rear stock sports and swift springs. Anyone has 20/25 spacers with that set up?
