FML..RIP rear right tire

is the fender damaged? I see a black ring around the wheel well and that make me cringe.

Not where the rim is visible [what I can see]. The wheel is still on the rim.
Taking it tomorrow for a tire replacement. But the rim does look ok.

That's from the wheel rubbing on the fender...should be able to take that off with no problem.
