Two questions about the new 370Z: 1) when i start the car all of my gauges make a complete revolution. all the way over to the right and then back.

A/C And Gauge Question
Two questions about the new 370Z:
1) when i start the car all of my gauges make a complete revolution. all the way over to the right and then back. is that normal? my '08 350Z didnt do this. 2) if i want to turn the fan on WITHOUT the A/C, is there anyway to do this? am i missing something? seems like the little light comes on indicating the A/C is on if i just want to blow some cool air through the cabin, or perhaps some warm air with the heater. any way to keep from having to push the button to turn off the A/C everytime?
