What's wrong with a Nismo wing on a stock body..? Or "cheap" Forgestar wheels (which weigh nearly exactly the same as the forged Rays that come on the car)... Or vented fenders for that matter? At least none of those things will fall off/wreck your car if you happen to go through a big dip or over a speed bump.
I've always been a big advocate of "to each his own" and doing whatever the hell you want with your hard earned cash.. It just seems like the OP wasn't quite prepared to hear people's honest reactions to his idea. 370Z guys are a lot like Porsche guys: purists that don't take kindly to mods that lower the car's performance potential rather than raising it....... So if you post pics of a photoshopped Z with janky looking rivet on fenders be prepared to be flamed to holy hell for it. |
