I'm using tapatalk right now, can't see sigs unfortunately. But it should definitely shoot flames at a hard redline shift at least. Unless the tune is very conservative.

Yeah, it should happen if you let off the throttle at high rpm. My STi used to do it all the time. I've got cats on the Z, so no flames.

a. i lied. its at 7900 i believe.

b. duh. saving brake pads lol

but yes i downshift every gear except 2 > 1. thats terrible on the 7AT.
