Avoid Fontana Nissan at all cost.

After dealing with not only the service manager but the dealer manager Mike Ronin I would highly suggest you think twice before you choose to do business with this dealership. Mike Ronin is as rude as they come with no respect for anyone and doesn't even have the courtesy to return calls unless its to avoid the problem at hand and free up some space at his dealership. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all cost and I suggest all of you do the same.

Just a few questions
So what was the issue? So he didn't return a phone call and you are blasting the dealership? Did you give him a chance? Was he out of town? How long did you want until you gave up on him calling?

Reading through the other thread, how is this a Fontana Nissan issue? I don't see anywhere that the dealership is doing anything against you. The issue is bazarre, but how is it Fontana's fault?

FuszNissan 09-01-2009 09:27 PM

I agree, Nissan says there isn't a fix, that isn't the dealers fault. We are at the mercy of Nissan, so if he is getting mad at the dealer for not fixing it, he is barking up the wrong tree.

nogoodname 09-01-2009 09:30 PM

bark up HQ then..... make them buy it back... it can be done, but takes time

FuszNissan 09-01-2009 09:37 PM

Takes about a month to 2 months, it can be done, but for a small noise, I doubt it.

nogoodname 09-01-2009 09:45 PM

this should of been in the general section because he can ask for this thread to be deleted.

FuszNissan 09-01-2009 09:46 PM

He already has a thread in the general section

nogoodname 09-01-2009 09:49 PM
