My brother heard it first then pointed it out to me. But honestly i have not heard it since i tryed listening for it, i dont think it exists any more on my car. If yours is loud enough to cause headaches, i suggest driving another 370z and see if its bad also. If both are bad then you may want to avoid 370z's all together.
