there should be a button on the side where the posts go into the seat back. push that and the headrest should go down. they come off completely if you

there should be a button on the side where the posts go into the seat back.
 push that and the headrest should go down.they come off completely if you pull up. you can put it back in backwards for a dumbarse look too, probably.
