Nightmarish Story (with happy ending)

Trust me I've been really hands on. The last dealership I was actually dealing with did the same thing to me as happened to you. Took my deposit, told me they had a car and then couldn't produce any information. Ended up they had nothing. I'm going to be in touch with my dealership tomorrow to find out the availability of this car.
