steering lock fix

Because I now have a custom steering column I opened and removed the circuitry from the motor and wrapped in tape and tucked it away. Boy that motor is heavy

Thank you, but all the credit should really go to Baer383 and daisuke149 for coming up with the fuse-pulling solution - all I did was write down the steps.

have to remember that i created the DIY thread for the steering lock long before fritz found the brown wire cut technique, and baer and daisuke finding the fuse pull. i already spent $500 on the spare lock, im going to use it.
