I test drove a '13 RT before I bought the 370. I did not feel fast for 370HP, it handled like the yacht it is. Brakes were vague, steering completely

I test drove a '13 RT before I bought the 370. I did not feel fast for 370HP, it handled like the yacht it is. Brakes were vague, steering completely lifeless. Though it sounded great, and was CHEAP. They offered me a fully loaded 2013, FULLY loaded, every option out there for $27 OTD.
