If you really want to make 600-700 I would strongly suggest you go with the 6MT. We have done several high HP AT here, but they never operate as well as the 6MT. With that said we have yet to do a high HP 7AT 370z, but I would imagine it will behave similar to the 350z HR and G37s AT we have done.
