Here's a novel idea - call the dealer parts department and they will give you the price for a stock wheel. Now call a tire dealer. Add the two costs together and voila, you have the retail cost of one stock wheel/tire combo. Take 30-50% off and that's what it's worth. You asked our opinion and that's my $0.02 dollars worth.

You have a bad attitude buddy. These guys in here are hardly "clunkers" or whatever the hell that means. Get your idea from the dealer since they put the wheels on the car.

Doesn't matter what they cost brand new. Take-offs generally go for a fraction of that price. Since you can buy desirable 19" sport wheels with a few thousand miles on the tires for $1000-1200 I'll let you guess. The only desirability the 18's have is for guys that want to fit snow tires. (in other words they aren't worth much on the New/used market)

I was thinking Snow tires too. GL with the sale, but don't expect too much if you become serious about selling.

doesnt sound like you included the tires in your thoughts? 4 brand new 18" wheels and 4 brand new 18" Yokohama tires.

my dealer told me the wheels, brand new, would run $3400. including the tires we have a little over $4000 here. assume they could be found on the internet for a whole lot cheaper, perhaps around $2000.

so, you say a fraction of the cost, what are you saying for the wheels and tires - BOTH - altogether?

$500?
$750?
$1000?

i'll be sellin my G37 18" wheels for 700 with tires... 8000 miles on them though (damn good condition too)

doubt you'd get any higher than that.... maybe 800-900

stock rims are so not desirable.... let alone 18 inchers

EDIT:
actually, i might just sell it for 600 minus the TPMS.... rip them out and put the rubber back on and let the buyer balance it.

Shoot for 1000-1200...that way you basically get a free set of your next tires. Like everyone else has said multiple times though, that's probably as much as you'll get. Especially without pics.

the dealership/salesman is putting them up for sale on EBay. going to start out at $1200 for all four wheels AND tires.

Mike,

I screwed up when I sold my stock wheels and tires of off my 03 350 Touring for $600. Of course they were not new like yours are so I felt that $600 was a fair price to ask. Now back in April I purchased a new 370 and traded in my 350. It cost me $1000 in trade in value since I did not have the stock wheels on the car. So you may want to rethink your wanting to sell your stock wheels.
