Why didn't they add a capless gas cap?

So who elected you to speak on behalf of "everyone"? Not me and I enjoy my capless gas cap. Now get over yourself.

Well if it's a real jeep it kind of needs a fuel cap, as there is no fuel door.

I for one, prefer a manual fuel cap. I feel more connected to the car when I fuel up. It requires me to do more work, but there're just something about it. I guess I just love the clicks with every turn. Some say it's a dying option and there's a learning curve, but it's an awesome experience when you finally get the clicks perfectly with every fill up. This automatic thing is pure garbage. It takes the fun out of filling up. Sure it's easier to use and learn, but where's the soul?

PS, Real men use gas caps. Cap less gas caps are for puss*es.

A quote from a buddy in racing regarding the 370Z MT vs AT:

"The new performance auto hands down. smokes the stick, no way you can shift as fast and reliable with a stick, more reliable – you don’t miss shifts, miss gears, slip the clutch. Will keep you from running out of talent in a corner. Only reason to have a stick is if you have a little stick and you want to pretend you don’t…"

"Will keep you from running out of talent in the corner"- care to elaborate? Last I checked, it takes more talent and skill to properly corner an MT car. Having the auto just makes it easier because it eliminates two "manual" variables". This all of a sudden gives an AT driver endless talent I suppose.

I also love the little stab at the end from this acclaimed "racing buddy" of yours. I've driven both, and yet I still own a manual. In my personal opinion, the auto doesn't give me the driving pleasure a manual does. Yes I sacrifice tenths of a second on the 1/4mile, but I gain unlimited satisfaction. Guess I have a little stick. I'll take that over a wannabe performance auto, also found in your nearest G/M/FX models.

The "keep you from running out of talent in the corner" means exactly what you said in your explanation. He's saying that someone with less talent, in an MT, could lose time/crash in a corner due to improperly shifting whereas you wouldn't with the AT.
