is that because you drive around with a fart can on your civic? those make your car sound like a race car... while to us, you appear as if you're going slomo. :icon17:

wasn't there a tv show long time ago bionic woman or something? when they go fast the camera cuts to slomo but with weird sound efx. thats wat a fart can civic reminds me of each time. :icon17: :p

If you're putting down more power to the wheels than a stock 370Z, in a lighter car no less, why would you be surprised the Z doesn't feel as quick?

lol i knew as soon as i mention this everybody would go crazy.. u guys just hate civics and their drivers dont you? i didn't want the fact that my Si is supercharged to play any deciding factor in my decision. And what i meant by 'the Z not being as quick' is probably just because im not used to a RWD. i expected it to be similar to what i have but obviously it was very different, not necessarily a bad thing, it just takes time getting used to

My friends have civics, one is build beyond your wildest dreams, has 15k in it. Another has an 11 second Neon...at the end of the day I am driving a Z and they are driving soup cans...no offense, there are good friends and co workers, and we all respect each others tastes and cars, the OE clutch sucks in the 370z, that is no joke. Im at 322 whp NA and really happy, boost is in the future, but IMO Slow Z>fast civic.

Sounds like you need to get an RJM clutch pedal assembly. You won't regret it.

 exactly. Just different. I have a normal 4-cylinder Civiv DD. i loved Victor until I got Harry (my effing awesome Z).
Two different things. Apples and oranges. Si is awesome too I hear, just dif.

i work for honda dealership for many years, drove many si, nice car but there is not any comparison to 370 z from the look, the handling the 3.7 v6 engine etc.. etc..just different class.. when you drive a z you are driving a true sport car and best money you invested for what you get..
that vtech to me is a waste of technology, go get you a z bro you won't be diappointed, not a bit...
i don't know how much you are trying to get for your trade but dealers don't care much about supercharged or modified cars, it can actually hurt your trade in value of the car because of reliability reasons..dealers don't won't to mess with that...your best bet is to sell it to individual as a private party who has interest on modified cars, that is where you can get the most money for your trade.. good luck

if your mind is still thinking that a civic si with s/c is comparable to a 370Z, then you should seriously keep your si for a few more years. enjoy it.

and once you're tired of your car, then look again for a sports car. by that time Z35's will be out as well.

these z's are better appreciated by someone that's already played with turbos and s/c's and tuning and modding and all. someone that will drive it stock and feel good and understand why the car was made this way. then do a few simple mods to make it theirs, and enjoy the car the way it is. no "convincing" is necessary.

BTW, you ever watched bionic man and woman? :icon17: its amazing how fast they can run in slomo. :rofl2:
