yah, plus most people that dont know much about cars tend to complain about everything. you know, the typical budget car leaser complaining about a little rattle or something.

or tpms light turns on, blames it on the car manufacturer or even the dealer...

I wanted the long block but got the short block and still I did not complain to CR. I love my car although it still uses oil at a greatly reduced rate, no complaining to CR. I will assume others did.

when a manufacturer gives CR a car made with concrete that's when they will receive the highest score.
