I don't smoke or have kids. I only put 3,000 miles on the car and bought this car pre certified about 9 months ago from Infiniti dealer. Carmax offered me 22k. That is way too low.

is it? i donno but if it's only 2K i would sell it if you really want to sell the car.
the longer you wait, the lower their offer will be.

the market isn't very strong for sports cars right now so... completely up to you though.

This isn't always true. about 10 years ago I took my Golf Sport to carmax and got an ok offer. Went back to the same carmax 3 weeks later and the offer was $750 more.

Might be worth a repeat visit.

i meant was if he was to wait another 6months... you know, Z35 territory now for them to use as excuse for lower apprasial.

Also, you're trying to sell a sports car in late October when winter weather starts kicking in. The best time to sell a sports car is in May/June (even in CA).

That's why I plan to buy a used Z in Nov/Dec.... Dealers/people don't want to hold on to their sports car all winter. Not here in the N. East.
