my dad works overseas as a merchant marine so its just me and my mom. Dad didnt see the car until he got back.

Well then lesson learned. Of course you could have learned that by just going to a dealer or doing other research before spending 30K.

I hope with a motorcycle & a sports car at 16 you don't end up learning another & much more painful lesson.
