can someone post a summary as I am not following completely, I am assuming that there are these little pads that are between the headlight housing and the fenders? Thanks,

can someone post a summary as I am not following completely, I am assuming that there are these little pads that are between the headlight housing and the fenders?
Thanks, Just want to keep an eye out as it seems odd to have these there in the first place.
