When deciding how to park you park closer to the car on the left, then before settling for spot you check the passenger seat of the car on the left to see if a passenger may or may not be riding in car. Passenger seat full of books, empty water bottles and other assorted items; yep I'm good to go. Empty and clean; no way I stay need to find another.
