I'll go one step further and tell him he's full of **** and you don't buy cars from people who manipulate you. Then go buy the '09 from the first dealer. Feel free to round it out by returning to the second dealer to show him your spiffy new ride

I essentially did just this. The first dealer I went to was trying to screw me but had the car I wanted. I went to a second dealer down the street, he had the first guy send him the car since he had a sale (me), and I bought the same car from the second dealer. Pretty funny.
