Is this still going on, we learn by others mistakes. I will never say okay, you pay me later on. I would be calling the Police and getting her insurance to pay for my damage. The only time I would be okay is that person who hit me is overpaying me cash on the spot to get my car fixed.

Thank KidKotic, yea i learned my lesson def, went to the police station at 2am till 4am b/c i had to wait for the cop to give me the report and he tells me call the insurance company first and file the claim and if they need it then ask. Was so tired i slept at the station haha
