Front/Rear Bumper/Fender Molding Paint Flaw

I just checked. and i have no issue(only 200 miles on my car). but on both ends of the front bumper are pretty tight. i can hear it rubbing when

I just checked. and i have no issue(only 200 miles on my car). but on both ends of the front bumper are pretty tight. i can hear it rubbing when i move them. on the rear bumper only the driver side is tight, passenger side is free.
