its the bumper. It has dips in it on the right and left side. Ive actually noticed a hint of the same on my own, ofcourse not as bad as this one.
I think the way the sun is hitting it makes it look worse than it actually is.

The Nismo wheels are 19X9.5 front w/ 245/40-19 tires and 19X10.5 rear w/ 285/35-19 in the back. The tires are Yokohama Advan Sport.
The sport package comes with 19X9.0 front w/ 245/40-19 and 19X10 rear w/ 275/35-19. The tires are Bridgestone Potenza.

YOu can actually adjust this out visually. Pop the plastic covers off the latches on either side of the hood, turn them in a turn or two and check the fit. Fixed mine.
