This is why I hate threads like this, well I can add this mod v. you and win, but if you add this mod you will win. That is great, but stock v. stock it is a drivers race, mostly.

Unless you are spending 15K + on a Z ... an evo w/ about 3k in it will WALK all over you... sorry but this is VERY true...

Again, stock v. stock, please stop this well I can add 3k worth of mods. That is great, I know an Evo responds well to mods, but lets talk stock v. stock.

I may be misreading the opening post. I assumed him referring to engines broken in he meant modded, not through the break-in time period. I don't see why anyone would take it to the drag strip without a proper break-in. I may just be a bit confused here. If we are comparing stock vs stock then disregard my comments as they only apply to modded vs modded.
